What is the delivery time of my order?

When you have ordered something from Votory, the delivery time is slightly different than you may be used to. Because our products are sent directly from our suppliers, we can save a lot on storage and transport costs. This makes it possible to price our products so competitively. The processing time is a maximum of 5 working days, after which the product is sent from our supplier. The average shipping time is 7 to 14 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays)

What should I do if I have not received my order yet? 

Due to the enormous interest in our products, it is possible that your product will arrive a little later than expected. We hope for your understanding. If this period has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to votorynederland@gmail.com. We will then investigate for you what is wrong with your package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?

To make a return, simply contact our customer service team at votorynederland@gmail.com . Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) that you received in the confirmation email and the reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the product to our supplier via a courier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?

Returns to us are unfortunately at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend on the courier. Consult the website of the relevant courier with which you want to ship for more information about the prices.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a return period of 14 days. The return period starts on the day you received the article. However, there are conditions for returning.

You can only return the item if:
  • The return period has not yet expired;
  • The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
  • The product has not yet been used.
  • Hygiene products cannot be exchanged.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept payments via iDeal, Bankcontact, Creditcard, Maestro, Apple pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. If you are not sure if your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to see all possible options.

All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.

What if I haven't received a confirmation email for my order? 

That is not the intention, send an email with your full name and email to votorynederland@gmail.com . We will help you quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

Want to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email as soon as possible to votorynederland@gmail.com . Please state your name, order number (e.g. #0000) that you received in the confirmation email and also the reason why you would like to cancel the order. An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed.
